This was yet another significant milestone in my journey.
Today, I completed the third session of my second marathon training plan, which was a 50-minute FARTLEK RUN tracked using the ADIDAS RUNNING app. The run felt highly satisfying. I felt relaxed and strong throughout, particularly during the acceleration phases where my legs responded powerfully and I was able to increase my pace with ease.
It’s becoming increasingly clear how much I’ve progressed with this second round of marathon training. The improvements in both endurance and speed are noticeable.
I carried a 650 ml bottle of water, which I consumed during the run. I didn’t take any food, which worked out fine for this session.
There were a few technical issues with the Apple Watch Ultra 2. The heart rate data was not consistently recorded, and I suspect the pace data may have been inaccurate at times.
